With an impressive history in Perth’s culinary scene, Leigh Power—previously named WA’s Chef of the Year at the Restaurant & Catering Awards—has led some of the city's most acclaimed venues. His business-partner, Benny Tua, is equally distinguished, with an extensive background that includes popular bars all across Perth.
For over seven years, Leigh and Benny have collaborated to open venues for others. Now, with Shui, they’re building something entirely their own—a restaurant with no limitations, where their creativity can flourish, and where their team can thrive.
